Scissor Lifting Tables

Scissor lift tables provide an essential solution to lifting and manoeuvring materials within working environments such as manufacturing and production. Here at LLM Handling, we provide a comprehensive hydraulic scissor lift table range that includes manual i.e. foot pump and electric lifting aids.

The platform lifts are available with a single scissor lift table, double or triple scissor lift. Our light duty scissor lift tables offer load capacities of 150kg and the heavy duty range provides load capacities up to 1250kg. In addition, our Economy Range includes the JCB Site Master lifting trolley that offers manual lifting between 200kg and 800kg.

We offer a wide range of customisations such as scissor lift table skirts and roller tops or completely bespoke platforms.

FAQs

What is a scissor lift table?

A scissor lift table is a hydraulic lifting platform, lifted and lowered by a scissor mechanism. The lifting platform is raised by operating the foot operated jacking pedal to a required working height - providing a convenient working height for users. The table is lowered by operating the lowering pedal where oil passes through a flow control Cartridge. This slows the lowering speed, irrespective of the load on the table. Electric lift tables remove the requirement for use of the pedal, lifting and lowering at the touch of a button. Available on wheels i.e. mobile scissor lift table or static scissor lift table units (without wheels) for stationary lifting areas.

How do I find the lowest platform height of each scissor table?

The lowest platform height/closed height is referred to as the ‘Lowered Platform Height’ found within the ‘Technical Specification’ tab within the product.

What sort of hydraulic fluid do you need to put in a scissor lift table?

The hydraulic pump is filled with TELLUS 22 or ISO VG22 equivalent - it will be necessary to top up the hydraulic oil occasionally via the filler.

Do you provide scissor lift trolleys for hire?

Currently all our scissor lift tables are supplied for purchase only and not available for hire/rental.

We are based outside of the UK, how do we purchase your scissor lift tables?

If based within the EU, we are able to provide a quotation for delivery directly to you. If based outside the EU, we are able to arrange for goods to be collected from our manufacturing facility.
